Heating plates for industrial and commercial applications
We have been manufacturing cast aluminum heaters for industrial applications for many years. You benefit from our experience in contact heating and receive heating plates that transfer heat reliably and evenly. The plates are produced in collaboration with an experienced foundry using sand or die casting processes and are then precision machined by external machining technicians. An additional non-stick coating can be applied for special applications.
Heating plates for specific applications
Are you looking for heating plates for specific applications?
Cast aluminum heaters contain cast-in tubular heating elements and, thanks to the high thermal conductivity of the material, offer even temperature distribution and a long service life. Wear-resistant coatings prevent the medium from adhering during direct heating and can be used at temperatures up to 250 °C. We manufacture in many sizes and power ranges up to over 20,000 watts with wall thicknesses from 16 mm. All heating plates are designed to customer specifications. The permissible connected load depends on the available cast surface and the tubular heating element diameter. Temperature control can be electronic or mechanical, e.g., by means of a thermocouple.

Was that all?
Our cast iron heaters cover a wide range of applications and offer reliable heat transfer for various processes. Their robust design, even temperature distribution, and optional non-stick coating enable safe and efficient use in many industrial sectors.
What tolerances are possible for machined surfaces and functional surfaces?
The achievable tolerances depend on the size, geometry, and requirements of the product. Precise CNC machining enables tight dimensional tolerances.
Can heating plates be equipped with special coatings for particularly aggressive media?
Yes, highly wear-resistant non-stick or protective coatings are available for these cases, which can be used at temperatures of up to 250 °C.
Can integrated temperature sensors with multiple measuring points be implemented within a heating plate?
Yes, temperature sensors such as Pt100 or thermocouples can be integrated and distributed across multiple measuring points.
Can multiple heating plates be thermally coupled or combined as modules to form larger areas?
Yes, heating plates can be designed in a modular fashion and thermally coupled to create larger or zone-controlled areas.
Can heating plates be manufactured with customer-specific openings, grooves, or mating surfaces?
Yes, the casting mold and subsequent machining allow for individual contours, fits, openings, or functional surfaces.
